Avenida Recipes – cook like we do
Buen Provecho!

Salsa Verde
1 c watercress
1 c chopped parsley
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small Spanish onion, chopped
2 anchovy filets
2 T capers
2 T white vinegar
Zest from 2 limes
1t. Red pepper flakes
Salt and papper to taste
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process on medium speed until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
